سنسور مقاومتی گستره بالا یا ترمیستور (Thermistors) نوعی مقاومت است که نسبت به تغییرات دما بسیار حساس ست،که این حساسیت از حد استاندارد هم بیشتر بوده . این ترمیستورها به طورگسترده به عنوان محدود کننده جریان ناگهانی، سنسور دما ، محافظ جریان و رگولاتور المنت های گرمایی به کار برده می شود.
